AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) from the funds designated The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District (Bonfils Watershed) to be used for payment of
material supplies, contractual services and other charges for that
sewer system.
WHEREAS, the District now owns the sewer system
formerly of the Bonfils Service Corporation and is in need of
funds to meet its current obligations until such time as a budget
for its operation can be set up,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the funds of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (Bonfils Watershed) to be
used for the payment of material supplies, contractual services
and other charges for that sewer system.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 19, 1973.
