AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 391 (Keim
Homesites) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 391 (Keim Homesites).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 391
(Keim Homesites) shall be as follows:

KEIM HOMESITES
Beginning at the easternmost corner of Lot 15 of KEIM HOMESITES
ADDITION, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 39, St. Louis County,
Missouri Recorder's office; thence southwesterly along the
southeastern lines of Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 34, 35, 36 & 37 of
said subdivision to the southernmost corner of said Lot 37;
thence northwesterly along the southwest line of said KEIM
HOMESITES ADDITION, to the westernmost corner of Lot 45 thereof;
thence northeasterly along the northwest line of said Lot 45 to
the southernmost corner of Lot 46 of said last named subdivision;
thence northwesterly along the southwest line of said Lot 46 to
its westernmost corner, in the eastern line of Telegraph Rd.;
thence westerly in a straight line across said road to the
southernmost corner of property conveyed to Joseph E. Weinheimer
and wife, by deed recorded in Book 4618, Page 93, said Recorder's
office; thence northwesterly, northeasterly and southeasterly,
along the southwestern, northwestern and northeastern lines,
resp., of said Weinheimer property to the westernmost corner of
property conveyed to Bobby W. Skelton and wife, by deed recorded
in Book 6390, Page 2369, said Recorder's office; thence
northeasterly and southeasterly along the northwestern and
northeastern lines, resp., of said Skelton property, and along
the southeastern prolongation of said northeastern line, across
Telegraph Rd., to the eastern line thereof; thence northeasterly

along said road line to the northernmost corner of said KEIM
HOMESITES ADDITION; and thence southeasterly along the
northeastern line of said last named subdivision to the place of
beginning.
