AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in
the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The southwestern three (3) feet of the easement, twenty (20)
feet wide, over the northeastern twenty (20) feet of Lot A
of Balmoral, granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by the plat of said Balmoral, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 9 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 2, 1973.
