AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Sunset Hills, St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further use for this easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The easement five (5) feet wide, granted for public
utility purposes over the western five (5) feet of Lot 9 of
Ronnie's Country Club Acres granted by the plat of said
Ronnie's Country Club Acres, a subdivision of St. Louis
County according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
57, Page 1, of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the southern five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 2, 1973.
