AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
U.S. Survey 2966, T46N-R6E, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement, ten (10) feet wide, granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded
in Book 6389, Page 640 of the St. Louis County Records, the
centerline of which ten (10) feet wide easement is described
as: Beginning twenty (20) feet East of the West line of
U.S. Survey 2966 and North 06 degrees 00 minutes East
sixty-two (62) feet from the northern line of the Chicago,
Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Right-of-Way; thence North
06 degrees 00 minutes East 67.5 feet; thence South 83
degrees 43 minutes East 254.80 feet, excepting therefrom
that portion of the subject easement coincident with the
easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by the deed recorded in Book 6548, Page 1356 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 2, 1973.
