AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and has
granted the District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement ten (10) feet wide, over tract A of South
County Industrial, granted by the plat of said South County
Industrial, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 119,
Page 88 of the St. Louis County Records, the centerline of
which easement is described as: Beginning at a point on the
southern line of said Tract A distant North 69 degrees 33
minutes East 138 feet from the most southern corner of said
Tract A; thence North 26 degrees 27 minutes West 125 feet;
thence northwestwardly to the most western line of said
Tract A distant North 31 degrees 59 minutes East from the
most western corner of said Tract A, excluding therefrom the
most western twenty (20) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 2, 1973.
