AN ORDINANCE appropriating Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to be used for
the construction of a stormwater outfall in the project known as
Spoede View Court #5 (S-756), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to be used for the construction of a stormwater outfall
in the project known as Spoede View Court #5 (S-756), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 2, 1973.
