AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer to sell certain real property
belonging to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, located in
the County of St. Louis and known as Lot 13, Block 39 of Meacham
Park, to The Housing Authority of St. Louis County.
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District no
longer has any use for the property known as Lot 13, Block 39 of
Meacham Park, and
WHEREAS, The Housing Authority of St. Louis County has
offered a fair price for said property,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to sell, at the price
of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) certain real property belonging
to The Metropolitan St.Louis Sewer District to The Housing
Authority of St. Louis County, said real property is described as
follows, to wit: Lot 13 in Block 39 of Meacham Park, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 33 of the St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby directed to execute and deliver a Quit Claim
Deed to The Housing Authority of St. Louis County, for the above-
described property on payment to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District of the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 17, 1973.
