AN ORDINANCE vacating sewer easements in the City of
Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, for the convenience of this District and at
this District's request, the owners of the subject properties have
granted this District a substitute easement, and this District has
no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6619, Page 2196
of the St. Louis County Records in land situated in Lots A, B
and C of the Resubdivision of Lot 12 of Ramona Forest, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 23 of the St.
Louis County Records.
2. The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6619, Page 2198
of the St. Louis County Records in land situated in Lot 10 of
Ramona Forest, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page
12 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1973.
