AN ORDINANCE appropriating Three Thousand Seventy-one
and 82/100 Dollars ($3,071.82) from The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District Improvement Fund - Meacham Park Lateral to be used
to reimburse the General Fund of the District for expenditures
incurred by the Maintenance Department on behalf of Subdistrict
No. 259 (Meacham Park Lateral).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Seventy-one
and 82/100 Dollars ($3,071.82) is hereby appropriated from The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Improvement Fund - Meacham
Park Lateral to be used to reimburse the General Fund of the
District for expenditures incurred by the Maintenance Department
on behalf of Subdistrict No. 259 (Meacham Park Lateral).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1973.
