AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eight Hundred Dollars
($800.00) from The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
Improvement Fund - Ford Lane Trunk to be used to cover additional
contractual obligations incurred in Subdistrict No. 250 (Ford Lane
Trunk). This will be a portion of monies received from federal
grants.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Dollars
($800.00) is hereby appropriated from The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District Improvement Fund - Ford Lane Trunk to be used to
cover additional contractual obligations incurred in Subdistrict
No. 250 (Ford Lane Trunk). This will be a portion of monies
received from federal grants.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1973.
