AN ORDINANCE, transferring to the General Fund of the
District Ninety-three Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars
($93,780.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund; Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred
Eighteen Dollars ($15,418.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Operating Fund Subdistrict-Mississippi River; Three Thousand
Thirty-three Dollars ($3,033.00) from the unappropriated surplus
of the Construction Fund-Mississippi River Subdistrict; Fourteen
Thousand One Hundred Fifty-five Dollars ($14,155.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict
Operation and Maintenance Fund; and One Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty-four Dollars ($1,264.00) from the Operating Fund
Subdistrict- Sugar Creek; and appropriating Two Hundred Fifty-two
Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($252,775.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Personnel
Department for payment of amortization of unfunded liability to
the Employee Pension Plan Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-three Thousand Seven
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($93,780.00) is hereby transferred to the
General Fund of the District from the unappropriated surplus of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred
Eighteen Dollars ($15,418.00) is hereby transferred to the General
Fund of the District from the unappropriated surplus of the
Operating Fund Subdistrict-Mississippi River.
Section Three. The sum of Three Thousand Thirty-Three
Dollars ($3,033.00) is hereby transferred to the General Fund of
the District from the unappropriated surplus of the Construction
Fund-Mississippi River Subdistrict.
Section Four. The sum of Fourteen Thousand One Hundred
Fifty-five Dollars ($14,155.00) is hereby transferred to the
General Fund of the District from the unappropriated surplus of
the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict Operation and Maintenance
Fund.
Section Five. The sum of One Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty-four Dollars ($1,264.00) is hereby transferred to the
General Fund of the District from the unappropriated surplus of
the Operating Fund Subdistrict-Sugar Creek.
Section Six. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty-two
Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($252,775.00) is
hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund of the District to the Personnel Department for payment of
amortization of unfunded liability to the Employee Pension Plan
Fund.
Section Seven. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
