AN ORDINANCE appropriating Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3,500.00) from funds designated The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District (Bonfils Watershed) to be used for payment to
Arthur Andersen & Co. for the financial review and preparation of
the United States and Missouri corporation income tax returns for
the Bonfils Service Corporation for the calendar year ending
December 31, 1972.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the funds
designated The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (Bonfils
Watershed) to be used for payment to Arthur Andersen & Co. for
services rendered through June 30, 1973 in connection with an
unaudited review and preparation of the United States and Missouri
corporation income tax returns for the Bonfils Service Corporation
for the calendar year ending December 31, 1972.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 26, 1973.
