HomeMy Public PortalAbout02466 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2466 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 394 (Mason & Glen) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 394 (Mason & Glen). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 394 (Mason & Glen) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 MASON & GLEN Beginning in the north line of Mason Ave. distant 91.00' eastwardly therealong from the southeast corner of MASON PLACE, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Mo. as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 86, Pg. 36, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly across Mason Ave. to a point in the south line thereof distant 7'42" eastwardly therealong from the northeast corner of Lot 45 of TOWN OF FAIRVIEW, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Mo. as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 7, Pg. 65 of the City (former County) of St. Louis, Mo. Recorder's office; thence south, parallel with the east line of said Lot 45, to the north line of a 20' wide alley; thence southeast across said alley to a point in the south line thereof distant 47' eastwardly therealong from the northwest corner of Lot 49 of said TOWN OF FAIRVIEW; thence south along a line parallel to the west line of said Lot 49, and its southern prolongation, to the centerline of Marshall Ave.; thence west along the centerline of Marshall Ave. to its intersection with the eastern line of Glen Rd.; thence northeasterly along said road line to the northwest corner of said MASON PLACE; thence east along the north line of MASON PLACE, and its eastern prolongation to a point 91.00' east of the northeast corner of said MASON PLACE; and thence south, parallel to the east line of said MASON PLACE, to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1973.
