AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in City
Block 6481 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the subject easement was granted to the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, and The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District is the successor in title to said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The southern three (3) feet of the easement, thirty (30)
feet wide, over a tract of land conveyed to John R. Dedeke
and June A. Dedeke by deed recorded in Book 9M, Page 111 of
the City of St. Louis Records; subject easement being granted
to the City of St. Louis Missouri by deed recorded in Book
2206, Page 556 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1973.
