AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement and the unused
sewer therein in former Marceau Street in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by Ordinance
No. 48667 vacated Marceau Street from the east line of Van Buren
Street eastward to the eastern line of Survey No. 3 of Carondelet,
and
WHEREAS, by said Ordinance the City of St. Louis
reserved an easement for sewer purposes over said street and The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is successor in title to
said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strip, and this
District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
and the unused sewer therein is hereby vacated, to wit:
1. That sewer easement reserved by the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, by its Ordinance No. 48667 lying in former
Marceau Street.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1973.
