AN ORDINANCE, transferring to the General Fund Three
Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-four Dollars Fifty Cents ($3,594.50)
from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund; and Seven Hundred Eleven Dollars
($711.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek
Sewer Revenue Fund; and appropriating Seven Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($7,900.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to the Board of Trustees for payment to Ernst and Ernst,
Auditors for the District, for special consulting services in the
amount of Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($3,600.00) and
services rendered in development of a special billing and
collection system of Four Thousand Three Hundred Dollars
($4,300.00).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
Ninety-four Dollars Fifty Cents ($3,594.50) is hereby transferred
to the General Fund from the unappropriated surplus of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Seven Hundred Eleven Dollars
($711.00) is hereby transferred to the General Fund from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Seven Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($7,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Board of Trustees for payment
to Ernst and Ernst, for special services over and above their
regular auditing fees.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1973.
