AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund - Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in Belle Crest #1 Storm Extension (S-731) in
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund - Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in Belle Crest #1
Storm Extension (S-731) in Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. WHEREAS, the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors in St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to contribute
Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) toward the costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund - Maline Creek.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1973.
