AN ORDINANCE appropriating Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 7 of the River des Peres
Watershed (Wellston Area) to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Ferguson 920' S. of Ridge Sanitary Extension
(S-588) in Pagedale, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 7
of the River des Peres Watershed (Wellston Area) to be used for
the construction of sanitary sewers in Ferguson 920' S. of Ridge
Sanitary Extension (S-588) in Pagedale, Missouri.
Section Two. WHEREAS, the City of Pagedale in St.
Louis County, Missouri, has contributed Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) toward the costs of said project, which will be
deposited in the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 7 of the River des Peres
Watershed (Wellston Area).
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1973.
