AN ORDINANCE making appropriations from the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (Bonfils Watershed) to the
Judgments and Claims Settlements Account, Legal Department, in the
amount of One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-four Dollars and
twenty cents ($1,824.20), to repay such account for sums advanced
to pay certain said Bonfils Watershed obligations.
WHEREAS, from the said Legal Department Judgments and
Claims Settlements Account was paid the sum of One Thousand Six
Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($1,645.00) as a legal fee for services
rendered in connection with the implementation of
Bridgeton-Linclay Bonfils Service Corporation Agreement, and also
was paid the sum of One Hundred Seventy-nine Dollars and twenty
cents ($179.20) as additional Corporation Income Tax for the
Bonfils Service Corporation for 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated from the
funds of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (Bonfils
Watershed) the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Four
Dollars and twenty cents ($1,824.20) to the District's Legal
Department Judgments and Claims Settlements Account as a repayment
for sums advanced by it.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1973.
