AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) from the funds designated The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District (Bonfils Watershed) to be used for payment of
miscellaneous material supplies, contractual services and other
charges for that sewer system.
WHEREAS, the District has acquired the sewer system
formerly of the Bonfils Service Corporation and is in need of
funds to meet minor, miscellaneous current obligations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the funds of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (Bonfils Watershed) to be
used for the payment of material supplies, contractual services
and other charges for that sewer system.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1973.
