AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement
granted to the Bonfils Service Corporation and lying in the
Carrollton West Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the Bonfils Service Corporation was granted an
easement for sewer purposes by instrument recorded in Book 4639,
Page 123 of the St. Louis County Records, and
WHEREAS, the District was in turn granted the said
easement by the Bonfils Service Corporation and is such
corporation's successor in the operation and maintenance of its
former sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have
requested the District to vacate the subject portions of easement
and the District has received satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Those portions of the sewer easement
granted to the Bonfils Service Corporation by instrument recorded
in Book 4639, Page 123 of the St. Louis County Records and which
easement was in turn conveyed to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by said Bonfils Service Corporation, and which portions
are more specifically described below, are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The southeastern one hundred twenty (120) feet of
that portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide, lying in the
northeastern part of Lot 63 of Carrollton West, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 120, Pages 2 and 3 of the St. Louis County Records.
2. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide,
lying in the western part of Lot 58 of said Carrollton West
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the southern five (5) feet of
said Lot 58.
3. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide,
lying in the northeastern part of Lot 52 of said Carrollton West
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the most northern five (5) feet
of said Lot 52.
4. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide,
lying in the southwestern part of Lot 51 of said Carrollton West
Subdivision.
5. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide, in
the eastern part of Lot 36 of said Carrollton West Subdivision,
excepting therefrom the southeastern five (5) feet of said Lot 36.
6. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide,
lying in the northeastern part of Lot 37 of said Carrollton West
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the northwestern five (5) feet
and the southeastern five (5) feet of said Lot 37.
7. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide,
lying in the northeastern part of Lot 38 of said Carrollton West
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the northwestern five (5) feet of
said Lot 38.
8. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide,
lying in the northeastern part of Lot 39 of said Carrollton West
Subdivision.
9. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide,

lying in the northeastern part of Lot 40 of said Carrollton West
Subdivision.
10. That portion of easement, ten (10) feet wide,
lying in the southwestern part of Lot 43 of said Carrollton West
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the southeastern ten (10) feet of
said Lot 43.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1973.
