AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in the City of
Dellwood, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further use for this easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The easement ten (10) feet wide, granted to The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District by the deed recorded in Book 5704,
Page 497 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom
the portions of the subject easement coincident with the
easements granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by deed recorded in Book 6665, Page 145 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1973.
