AN ORDINANCE appropriating Four Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($4,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for
additional costs in the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Red Oak and Hemingway Drive Storm Sewer (S-728),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($4,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers
in the project known as Red Oak and Hemingway Drive Storm Sewer
(S-728), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1973.
