AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the district to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The easement of irregular width, over the southwestern
portion of Lot 186 of Mullanphy Gardens, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 95, Pages 50 and 51 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
northwestern five (5) feet and the southeastern ten (10) feet
thereof.
2. The easement five (5) feet wide, over the northwestern
five (5) feet of Lot 221 of said Mullanphy Gardens
Subdivision, granted by the plat of said subdivision,
excepting therefrom the northwestern five (5) feet and the
southeastern ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 17, 1973.
