AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
City Blocks 987 and 1950 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject portions of easements
and has granted this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Those portions of the sewer easements
described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
1) A strip of land 10.000 feet in width in Block 987
of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, the centerline of which being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the western line of Beaumont
Street, 50 feet wide, having the coordinates 99,473.137 North and
204,816.645 East, said point being distant along said western
line, North 14 degrees 51 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of
180.946 feet from the point of rounding on Beaumont Street at its
intersection with the northern line of Market Street, 100 feet
wide, having the coordinates 99,298.242 North and 204,770.242
East, according to the Mill Creek Valley Coordinate System; thence
along the centerline of said strip 10.000 feet in width, North 82
degrees 41 minutes 11.5 seconds West a distance of 141.071 feet to
a point having the coordinates 99,491.095 North and 204,676.722
East; thence continuing along said centerline North 69 degrees 56
minutes 11.7 seconds West a distance of 180.808 feet to a point
having the coordinates 99,553.123 North and 204,506.887 East;
thence continuing along said centerline, North 64 degrees 45
minutes 30.8 seconds West a distance of 61.041 feet to the point
of termination, said point having the coordinates 99,579.153 North
and 204,451.674 East.
2) A strip of land 10.000 feet wide in Block 987 of
the City of St. Louis, Missouri, the centerline of which being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the West line of Beaumont
Street, 50 feet wide at the point of rounding, said point having
the coordinates of 99,298.242 North and 204,770.242 East according
to the Mill Creek Valley Coordinate System; thence along said West
line and along a curve to the right having a radius of 20 feet, an
arc distance of 11.006 feet to a point having the coordinates
99,288.892 North and 204,764.705 East; thence leaving the
aforementioned West line, South 88 degrees 08 minutes 02 seconds
West a distance of 85.729 feet to a point having the coordinates
99,286.100 North and 204,679.021 East, said point being the point
of beginning of the strip of land 10.000 feet wide the centerline
of which is herein described: thence North 28 degrees 48 minutes
15.6 seconds West a distance of 72.907 feet to a point having the
coordinates 99,349.986 North and 204,643.893 East; thence South 88
degrees 07 minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 122.965 feet to a
point having the coordinates 99,345.976 North and 204,520.993
East, said point being the terminal point of that portion of the
easement to be vacated.
3) A strip of land 10.000 feet wide in Block 1950 of

the City of St. Louis, Missouri, the centerline of which being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the East line of Channing
Avenue, 60 feet wide, said point being the point of tangency of
the rounding of the intersection of the East line of Channing
Avenue and the North line of Laclede Avenue 60 feet wide, said
point having the coordinates 100,112.081 North and 201,391.756
East according to the Mill Creek Valley Coordinate System; thence
along the East line of Channing Avenue, North 14 degrees 50
minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 477.255 feet to a point
having the coordinates 100,573.425 North and 201,513.967 East;
thence leaving the aforementioned East line, South 75 degrees 09
minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 10.000 feet to a point
having the coordinates 100,570.864 North and 201,523.634 East,
said point being also the point of beginning of the strip of land
to be vacated herein described: thence South 75 degrees 09
minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 284.550 feet to a point
having the coordinates 100,498.000 North and 201,798.697 East said
point being the terminal point of the easement to be vacated.
4) A strip of land 10.000 feet wide in Block 1950 of
the City of St. Louis, Missouri, the centerline of which being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the East line of Channing
Avenue, 60 feet wide, said point being the point of tangency of
the rounding of the intersection of the East line of Channing
Avenue and the North line of Laclede Avenue, 60 feet wide, said

point having the coordinates 100,112.081 North and 201,391.756
East according to the Mill Creek Valley Coordinate System; thence
along the East line of Channing Avenue, North 14 degrees 50
minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 477.255 feet to a point
having the coordinates 100,573.425 North and 201,513.967 East;
thence leaving the aforementioned East line, South 75 degrees 09
minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 10.000 feet to a point
having the coordinates 100,570.864 North and 201,523.634 East,
said point being also the point of beginning of the strip of land
to be vacated herein described: thence North 14 degrees 50
minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 150.924 feet to a point
having the coordinates 100,716.756 North and 201,562.280 East;
thence North 64 degrees 14 minutes 09.5 seconds East a distance of
92.195 feet to a point having the coordinates 100,756.830 North
and 201,645.310 East; thence South 75 degrees 09 minutes 47
seconds East a distance of 210.000 feet to a point having the
coordinates 100,703.055 North and 201,848.308 East, said point
being the terminal point of the strip of land to be vacated.
