AN ORDINANCE, transferring Eighteen Thousand
Ninety-three Dollars ($18,093.00) from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict; Three
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-six and 74/100 Dollars ($3,256.74) from
the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue
Fund; and Three Hundred Sixty-one and 86/100 Dollars ($361.86)
from the unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund of the
Subdistricts - Sugar Creek; to the General Fund of the District;
and appropriating Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($4,900.00)
and Thirty-one Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-six Dollars
($31,286.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
of the District, to the Maintenance Department, to pay for
equipment and labor, respectively, to be used in the District's
continued program of using gabions for stormwater control.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand
Ninety-three Dollars ($18,093.00) is hereby transferred from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Three Thousand Two Hundred
Fifty-six and 74/100 Dollars ($3,256.74) is hereby transferred
from the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Three Hundred Sixty-one and
861100 Dollars ($361.86) is hereby transferred from the
unappropriated surplus of the Operating Fund of the Subdistricts -
Sugar Creek to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Four Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($4,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District to the Maintenance
Department to be used to pay for equipment used in the District's
continued program of using gabions for stormwater control.
Section Five. The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Two
Hundred Eighty-six Dollars ($31,286.00) is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District to the Maintenance Department to be used to pay for labor
used in the District's continued program of using gabions for
stormwater control.
Section Six. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1973.
