AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements and the unused
sewers therein in former Edmund Avenue, and the former southern
east-west alley in City Block 3968 N.,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by Ordinance
No. 56561 vacated Edmund Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide, from the
southern line of the east-west alley, twenty feet (20') wide,
traversing City Block 3968 N. and City Block 3967 N. to the
southern terminus, and by Ordinance No. 42777 vacated the eastern
portion of the east-west alley, ten feet (10') wide, in City Block
3968 N. from the west line of Edmund Avenue to the east line of
the north-south alley in said City Block 3968 N., and
WHEREAS, by said Ordinances the City of St. Louis
reserved easements for sewers over said streets and alleys and The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is successor in title to
said easements, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strips, and this
District has no further use for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
and the unused sewers therein are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. That sewer easement reserved by the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, by its Ordinance No. 56561 lying in former Edmund
Avenue, excepting therefrom the northern twenty feet (20')
thereof.

2. That sewer easement reserved by the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, by its Ordinance No. 42777 lying in the former
southern east-west alley in City Block 3968 N. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1973.
