RESOLUTION LISTING CERTIFICATES OF TAX S~T.~.
SCHEDULED FOR FORECLOSURE ?
WHEREAS, there exists a need within the Borough of Carteret
to take action to proceed in "in Rem" foreclosure against tax
sale certificates on behalf of the Borough, so as to
foreclose the equity of redemption of owners of properties
for which tax sale certificates exists; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has undertaken the necessary steps to
engage the Borough Attorney, as special legal counsel, for
the purposes of proceeding in these foreclosure actions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret
hereby adopts, as the "1996 Tax Foreclosure List", the
attached list affixed hereto as Schedule"A", as prepared and
certified by the Tax Collector of the Borough of Carteret,
which properties shall constitute the matters fom which "in
Rem" foreclosure proceedings will-be instituted.
Adopted this 19th day of September, 1996 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
September 20, 1996.
