AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-seven Thousand Four
Hundred Sixty-three and 50/100 Dollars ($27,463.50) from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the
Maintenance Department to be used for the purchase of gabions.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Four
Hundred Sixty-three and 50/100 Dollars ($27,463.50) is hereby
appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
of the District to the Maintenance Department to be used for the
purchase of gabions.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1973.
