AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Equipment
Depreciation Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for the
purchase of two emergency vans.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Equipment Depreciation Fund to the Maintenance
Department to be used for the purchase of two emergency vans.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 21, 1973.
