AN ORDINANCE appropriating Six Thousand Three Hundred
Seventy-three and 70/100 Dollars ($6,373.70) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund - Gravois Creek to
be used for the project known as Tremont Terrace, Wedgewood
Estates Storm Ditch (S-333), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Three Hundred
Seventy-three and 70/100 Dollars ($6,373.70) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund - Gravois Creek to be used for the project known
as Tremont Terrace, Wedgewood Estates Storm Ditch (S-333), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 21, 1973.
