AN ORDINANCE appropriating Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund - Maline Creek to be used for the project known
as Corwin and Mary Sanitary Interceptor, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund - Maline Creek to be
used for the project known as Corwin and Mary Sanitary
Interceptor, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1973.
