AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
City Block 2683 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The western two (2) feet of the southern seventy (70) feet of
the easement ten (10) feet wide granted to The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 9113, Page
594 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1974.
