AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for ouch easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The easement, ten (10) feet wide, adjacent on the
northwest to the southeastern lines of Lot 1 of Alpine Park
Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
granted by the plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book
153, Page 72 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the portion of the subject easement coincident with
the easement granted by deed recorded in Book 1746, Page 282
of the St. Louis County Records and excepting therefrom a
strip, ten (10) feet wide adjacent on the west to the western
line of Warson Road, forty (40) feet wide; said southeastern
lines of Lot 1 of Alpine Park Subdivision are more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the western line of Warson Road,
forty (40) feet wide, said point being south 01 degrees, 02
minutes, 34 seconds west, forty (40) feet along said western
line of Warson Road from its intersection with the southern
line of Alpine Park Road; thence south 83 degrees, 49
minutes, 43 seconds West, 390.00 feet; thence south 51
degrees, 23 minutes, 07 seconds west, 336.16 feet; thence
south 01 degrees, 09 minutes, 35 seconds west 99.87 feet. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1974.
