HomeMy Public PortalAbout02515 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2515 AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 2391, adopted March 5, 1973, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 390 (Parker Road Sanitary Extension) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 2391, adopted March 5, 1973, is hereby amended by omitting from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 390 (Parker Road Sanitary Extension), as set forth in Section Two thereof, an area described as follows: A parcel of land now or formerly owned by Gerald L. Driemeier and wife, as recorded in Deed Book 6547, Page 1133 of the St. Louis County Records; for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property would not be benefitted by the proposed sewer facilities to be constructed in such subdistrict. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 2391 shall read as follows: "Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 390 shall be as follows: 2 PARKER ROAD SANITARY EXTENSION A tract of land in St. Louis County, Mo., being partly in U.S. Survey 2495 and partly in U.S. Survey 2771, and described as: Beginning in the north line of Parker Rd., 50' wide, at the southwest corner of property conveyed to Bill N. Pulizos and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6606, Pg. 1893, St. Louis County, Mo., Recorder's office; thence along the west line of said Pulizos property, N. 13Ε 30' W., 207.89' to its northwest corner; thence along the north line of said Pulizos property and its prolongation, being parallel with the north line of said U.S. Survey 2495, N. 71Ε E., 160.00' to the northeast corner of property conveyed to Nicholas Joseph Bommarito and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6452, Pg. 1977, said Recorder's office; thence along the east line of said Bommarito property, S. 13Ε 30' E., 70.00'; thence parallel with the north line of U.S. Survey 2495, N. 71Ε EΕ, 283' ∀ to a point in the west line of property conveyed to Maurice Martin Jordan and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 4311, Pg. 473, said Recorder's office; thence easterly 84', parallel with the northern line of Parker Rd., 55' wide, to a point in the east line of said Jordan property, being in the west line of property conveyed to Donald E. Davidson and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6394, Pg. 404, said Recorder's office; thence northerly along the west line of said Davidson property 143' ∀ to a point distant 100.00' southerly therealong from its northwest corner; thence easterly parallel with the north line of said Davidson property, 105' ∀ to an intersection with a line parallel 3 with and 100.00' westerly from, measured perpendicularly to, the east line of said Davidson property; thence southerly along said last described parallel line 369' ∀ to the north line of said Parker Rd. 55' wide; and thence westerly along said Parker Rd., 55' and 50' wide, to the beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1974.
