AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
the project known as Golden Gate and Rockford Storm Sewer (S-771),
in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Rock Hill, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute the costs of the materials of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said moneys will be
returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in the project known as Golden Gate and Rockford
Storm Sewer (S-771), in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 1974.
