BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Four Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($37,414.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the Equipment Depreciation Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for the purchase of a tank truck and a hoist truck. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 30, 1974.
