AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($300,000.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund of the
District for contracts for engineering services for stormwater
improvements in various areas of the District, which expenditures
are to be reimbursed to the Subdistrict Planning Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($300,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict
Planning Fund of the District for the following contracts for
engineering services for stormwater improvements in various areas
of the District, and which expenditures are to be reimbursed to
the Subdistrict Planning Fund when such funds become available: 1. Contract E-235 (Gloucester; Tyrell) - Lapin-Ellis-Dabler, Inc. 2.Contract E-236 (Claychester; Fawn Valley) - R. W. Booker & Assoc., Inc. 3.Contract E-237 (LaVenta-LaSierra) - Clayton Surveying & Engineering Co. 4.Contract E-238 (Northgate Estates) - Stolwyk, McDaniel & Ferrenbach, Inc. 5.Contract E-239 (Montieth Circle) - Williamson & Associates 6.Contract E-240 (Atalanta; St. Blaze Ct.) - Russell & Axon, Inc. 7.Contract E-241 (Krem Ave.; Teston; DeSmet-Florland; Runnymeade) - James B. Becker 8.Contract E-242 (Glenfield Terrace, Del Vista; Rusdon) - Warren & Van Praag, Inc. 9.Contract E-243 (Tuscany Park) - Harland Bartholomew & Associates 10.Contract E-244 (Wellston) - Zurheide-Hermann, Inc.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 30, 1974.
