AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 383 (LaVenta -
LaSierra) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 383 (LaVenta - LaSierra).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 383
(LaVenta - LaSierra) shall be as follows:

LAVENTA - LASIERRA
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Lindbergh
Boulevard and Lindsay Lane; thence northwestwardly along the
centerline of Lindsay Lane to its intersection with the
northeastern prolongation of the southeast line of FLORISOTA, PLAT
NO. 2, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 65, Page 44, St. Louis County
Recorder's Office; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation
and along said southeast line to the northeast line of Monterey
Drive; thence southeastwardly along said street line to its
intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the centerline
of Alberto Lane; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation
and said centerline of Alberto Lane to its intersection with the
southeastern prolongation of the southwest line of Lot 2 in Block
7 of said FLORISOTA, PLAT NO. 2; thence northwestwardly along said
prolongation, and along the southwest line of said Lot 2 to the
westernmost corner thereof; thence southwestwardly along the
southeast line of Lot 20 in Block 7 of said subdivision to its
southernmost corner; thence northwestwardly along the southwest
line of said Lot 20, and its prolongation, to the centerline of
Pompano Lane; thence southwestwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the southwest
line of Lot 4 in Block 8 of said subdivision; thence
northwestwardly along said prolongation, and along the southwest
line of said Lot 4 to the westernmost corner thereof; thence
southwestwardly along the southeast lines of Lots 18 - 15,

inclusive, in said Block 8 to the southernmost corner of said Lot
15; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Lot
15, and its prolongation, to the centerline of Eldorado Drive;
thence southwestwardly along said street centerline to its
intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the southwest
line of Lot 14 in Block 9 of said FLORISOTA, PLAT NO. 2; thence
northwestwardly along said prolongation, and along the southwest
line of said Lot 14, to the westernmost corner thereof in the
southeast line of BOBBINRAY SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 27, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence southwestwardly along said subdivision line to the
southernmost corner of Lot 6 in Block 2 thereof; thence
northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 6, and its
prolongation, to the centerline of Naomi Avenue; thence
southwestwardly and northwestwardly along said centerline to the
eastern line of Paul Avenue; thence westwardly across Paul Avenue
to the southernmost corner of Lot 2 in Block 1 of said BOBBINRAY
SUBDIVISION; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of
said Lot 2 to its westernmost corner; thence northwestwardly in a
straight line, across property of John J. Carberry, Archbishop of
St. Louis, to the southernmost corner of Lot 24 in SHACKLEFORD
COURT PLAT NO. 2, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 95, Page 100, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
northwestwardly along the southwest line of said last described
subdivision to the easternmost corner of property conveyed to
Stafac, Inc., by deed recorded in Book 5895, Page 404, St. Louis

County Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the
southeast line of said Stafac, Inc. property, and its
prolongation, to the centerline of Charbonier Road; thence
northwestwardly along said road centerline to its intersection
with the northeastern prolongation of the northwest line of
property conveyed to Henry G. Schiermeier and wife, by deed
recorded in Book 4224, Page 233, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence southwestwardly along said northeastern
prolongation, and along said northwest line, to the northernmost
corner of CHARBONIER COURT, PLAT TWO, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 13, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line
of said CHARBONIER COURT, PLAT TWO, to the westernmost corner
thereof, being in the northeast line of CREST AIRE, PLAT TWO, a
subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 124, Pages
12 and 13, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
northwestwardly along the northeast line of said CREST AIRE, PLAT
TWO, to the northernmost corner of Lot 103 thereof; thence
southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 103, and its
prolongation to the southwest line of Keeven Lane; thence
southeastwardly along said street line to the easternmost corner
of Lot "A" of CREST AIRE, PLAT SIX, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 128, Pages 24 and 25, said
Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line
of said Lot "A", to the westernmost corner of Lot 3 of CREST AIRE,
PLAT FOUR, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book

124, Page 53, said Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly along
the southwest line of said Lot 3, and its prolongation, to the
centerline of Layven Avenue; thence northeastwardly along said
centerline to the northwestern prolongation of the southwest line
of Lot 52 of said CREST AIRE, PLAT FOUR; thence southeastwardly
along said prolongation, and along the southwest line of said Lot
52, to the southernmost corner thereof; thence northeastwardly
along the southeast line of said Lot 52 to the westernmost corner
of Lot 54 of CREST AIRE, PLAT TWO, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 124, Pages 12 and 13, said
Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly along the southwest
lines of said CREST AIRE, PLAT TWO, and of CREST AIRE, PLAT ONE, a
subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 123, Page
134, said Recorder's office, to the westernmost corner of Lot 66
of said CREST AIRE, PLAT ONE; thence northeastwardly along the
northwest line of said Lot 66, and its prolongation, to the
centerline of Keeven Lane; thence southeastwardly along the
centerline of Keeven Lane to the centerline of Paul Avenue; thence
northeastwardly along the centerline of Paul Avenue to its
intersection with the northeast line of said CREST AIRE, PLAT ONE;
thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said CREST
AIRE, PLAT ONE, to the easternmost corner thereof, being in the
northwest line of BOBBINRAY SUBDIVISION NO. 3, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 28, said Recorder's office; thence
northeastwardly along the northwest line of said last named
subdivision to the westernmost corner of Lot 88 thereof; thence

southeastwardly along the southwest lines of Lots 88 - 84,
inclusive, of said subdivision, to the southernmost corner of said
Lot 84; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said
Lot 84, across Bobbinray Avenue, and along the southeast line of
Lot 5 of said BOBBINRAY SUBDIVISION NO. 3, to the easternmost
corner of said Lot 5; thence southeastwardly along the northeast
line of said last named subdivision to the centerline of Radford
Drive; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Radford
Drive to the centerline of Mundy Drive; thence southeastwardly
along the centerline of Mundy Drive and northeastwardly along the
centerline of Glynn Drive, to the centerline of Charbonier Road;
thence southeastwardly along the centerline of Charbonier Road to
the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; and thence northeastwardly
along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the beginning.
