AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Des Peres, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, for the convenience of this District and at
this District's request, the owners of the subject property have
granted this District a substitute easement, and this District has
no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 6653, Page 991 of the
St. Louis County Records in land situated in Lots 22 and 23
in Block 7 of Manhattan Heights, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 19, Page 41 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1974.
