AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, new easements have been obtained to replace
the subject easements and the District has no further use for the
subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
(1) The easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by the deed recorded in Book 6704, Page 1785 of the
St. Louis County Records.
(2) The easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by the deed recorded in Book 6704, Page 1787 of the
St. Louis County Records.
(3) The easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by the deed recorded in Book 6704, Page 1789 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1974.
