AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The eastern one (1) foot of the easement, ten (10) feet
wide over the western ten (10) feet of Lots 13 and 14 of
Gemini Industrial Park Amended No. 3, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 127, Page 57 of the St. Louis County
Records, from a point 145 feet north of the northern line of
Fleisher Place, fifty feet (50') wide, to a point 255 feet
north of the northern line of said Fleisher Place as measured
along the eastern line of the subject easement; the subject
easement being granted by the plat of said subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1974.
