AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Manhattan
Heights (S-719), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Des Peres, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute the costs of the materials of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said moneys will be
returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000,00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the construction of storm
sewers in Manhattan Heights (S-719), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
