AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Parkmont Drive Sanitary Extension (S-794),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Parkmont Drive
Sanitary Extension (S-794), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1974.
