AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($220,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of sheet piling
revetment and realignment of sanitary sewers in the project known
as Wedgwood Plat #8 Chelsea Drive Slide Area (S-764) and Coldwater
Creek Trunk Sewer Relocation (S-785) in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute a portion of the costs of said project in the amount of
Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00); upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said moneys will be returned to the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($220,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for the
construction of sheet piling revetment and realignment of sanitary
sewers in the project known as Wedgwood Plat #8 Chelsea Drive
Slide Area (S-764) and Coldwater Creek Trunk Sewer Relocation
(S-785) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1974.
