AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Millstone
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sheet piling revetment
and sanitary sewers in Wedgwood Plat #8 Chelsea Drive Slide Area
(S-764) and Coldwater Creek Trunk Sewer Relocation (S-785), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sheet piling revetment
and sanitary sewers in Wedgwood Plat #8 Chelsea Drive Slide Area
(S-764) and Coldwater Creek Trunk Sewer Relocation (S-785), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of
February, 1974 and formally executed on the 13th day of February,
1974 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the
confirmation of a contract for the construction of sheet piling
revetment and sanitary sewers and the construction being necessary
for the protection of the public health, constitutes an emergency
within the meaning of the Plan, and this Ordinance shall be and
become effective immediately upon its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1974.
