AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Forty Thousand
Dollars ($240,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund to be used for the construction of Pump Wells in
River des Peres Flood Protection (S-798), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand
Dollars ($240,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the construction of
Pump Wells in River des Peres Flood Protection (S-798), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1974.
