AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-three Thousand
Dollars ($23,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Tower Grove Park Building Connections (S-775) in St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars
($23,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Tower Grove Park Building Connections (S-775)
in St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1974.
