AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway
67-Cambria Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such Subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 67-Cambria Creek).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 377
(Highway 67-Cambria Creek) shall be as follows:

HIGHWAY 67-CAMBRIA CREEK
Beginning in the southern line of HATHAWAY MEADOWS NO. 2, a
subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 61, Pg. 8, St.
Louis County Recorder's Office, distant easterly along said
southern line 150' from the centerline of Duke Dr., as established
in said subdivision; thence southerly, at right angles to said
subdivision line, 900' to the confluence of Blackjack Creek and
Maline Creek, which is the point of beginning of the herein
described subdistrict boundary; thence easterly along the southern
line of property conveyed to Hathaway Realty Company, Inc., by
deed recorded in Bk. 4585, Pg. 627, said Recorder's office (all
further references herein to Plat Books and/or Deed Books are to
those filed of record in the St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's
office), to the southwest corner of property conveyed to Franz
Milton Tirre by deed recorded in Bk. 4926, Pg. 611; thence
easterly on the south line of said Tirre property, and its
prolongation, to the centerline of U.S. Hwy. 67 (Lewis and Clark
Bl.); thence north along the centerline of said highway to its
intersection with the western prolongation of the south line of
property conveyed to Charles G. Bagi and wife by deed recorded in
Bk. 5789, Pg. 88; thence easterly long said prolongation, and
along the south line of said Bagi property, to its southeast
corner; thence northeasterly in a straight line across property of
School District of Riverview Gardens to the southeast corner of
Lot 2 in NORTH HILLS GARDENS, a subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in P.B. 63, Pg. 32; thence north along the east line of

said Lot 2 to its northeast corner; thence northeasterly across
Northumberland Dr. to the southeast corner of Lot 71 of said NORTH
HILLS GARDENS; thence north along the east lines of Lots 71 and 86
of said subdivision, to the northeast corner of said Lot 86; hence
northeasterly across Norchester Dr. to the southeast corner of Lot
62 of NORTH HILLS GARDENS; thence north along the east line of
said Lot 6 to its northeast corner; thence east along the north
line of NORTH HILL GARDENS to the southeast corner of property
conveyed to Charles M. Stieg and wife by deed recorded in Bk.
4680, Pg. 143; thence north along the eastern lines of properties
conveyed to said Stieg, and to Carl W. Koenig and wife, deed
recorded in Bk. 3578, Pg. 442; to the northeast corner of said
Koenig property; thence continuing north along the west line of
said NORTH HILLS GARDENS to the south line of Chambers Rd.; thence
northerly across Chambers Rd., to the southeast corner of Lot 13
in Bl. 21 of BISSELL HILLS-PLAT NO. 10, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in P.B. 63, Pp. 22 and 23; thence north along the
east lines of Lots 13 and 20 in said Bl. 21, to the northeast
corner of said Lot 20; thence northwesterly across Kilgore Dr. to
